Acceptance
By accessing this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Orbital Reclaim LLC and built on the Polsia platform (Polsia Inc.); references to "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operating entity on each page. Nothing on this site creates an affiliation, partnership, joint venture, agency, or endorsement relationship with the U.S. Government, NASA, the FCC, SpaceWERX, In-Q-Tel, Space Force, the Space Development Agency, or any other government entity, unless explicitly stated in a separately executed agreement.
No warranty — provided "as-is" for informational purposes
All content on this site — marketing copy, capability briefs, technical narratives, the public debris dashboard, the open-source Monte Carlo collision model, the Kessler cascade stress test, market-size figures, regulatory references, customer pipeline references, and any forward-looking statements — is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, financial, technical, regulatory, or tax advice. The site is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, and it is not a substitute for independent due diligence. Do not rely on any figure, claim, or reference here without verifying it against primary sources.
Intellectual property
The OrbitReclaim name, brand, logo, wordmark, OLE v2.0 framing (Orbital Lane Enforcement, preserve-and-organize), the drone-swarm / chaser-spacecraft / v3.0 cold-gas chassis narratives, and the underlying swarm consensus and coordination algorithm, propellant manifold stack, rendezvous sequence, and engineering schematics are proprietary to Orbital Reclaim LLC and Polsia Inc.. They are not licensed under any open-source or community-extensible terms. Detailed technical material is released only under NDA-protected technical interchange at the appropriate counterparty stage.
The MIT-licensed open-source physics models in the public simulations/ directory (Clohessy-Wiltshire Monte Carlo collision model, Kessler cascade stress test) and the standalone dashboard/index.html remain MIT-licensed and free to audit or fork under the terms of that license. The MIT-licensed artifacts cover physics models only; the consensus and coordination layer is explicitly carved out as proprietary above.
Forward-looking statements disclaimer
Statements on this site about future missions, capital raises, partnerships, customer pipeline activations, regulatory milestones, hardware flight qualification, the FCC's 2022 orbital-debris rules, the SpaceWERX Orbital Prime program, Space Force, STRATFI, SDA, and IQT membership outcomes are forward-looking statements. They reflect current intent and are subject to change without notice. OrbitReclaim is pre-revenue and at the proposal stage; no outcome is guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any damages resulting from reliance on the content. If any portion of this limitation is found unenforceable, our aggregate liability for any claim related to your use of the site is limited to USD $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
